Postpartum SUPPORT Group for Early Motherhood
Entering motherhood, whether for the first or the fifth time, can be challenging and often isolating. Our six week group for moms with babies 0–5 months offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mothers and learn from experts who support you in navigating your unique journey. Groups are available in person at Motherhood Matters in the Quad Cities. Groups are led by trained postpartum doulas with specialized training in trauma informed care, cultural sensitivity and postpartum mental health.

Charlotte is a postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and former labor and delivery nurse with extensive hands-on experience supporting families through birth and the critical postpartum period. She founded Informed Birth Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers new moms during their unique journeys. Passionate about supporting the physical, emotional, and mental health of mothers, Charlotte is dedicated to creating safe, nurturing spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the challenges of the fourth trimester. As a licensed facilitator of The Nesting Place Fourth Trimester Support Circle in the Quad Cities, she leads this group with warmth, expertise, and a commitment to community-building.
