Postpartum SUPPORT Group for Early Motherhood

Entering motherhood, whether for the first or the fifth time, can be challenging and often isolating. Our six week group for moms with babies 0–5 months offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mothers and learn from experts who support you in navigating your unique journey. Groups are available in person at Motherhood Matters in the Quad Cities. Groups are led by trained postpartum doulas with specialized training in trauma informed care, cultural sensitivity and postpartum mental health.
